1. Level Editors (make your own levels)
I want to get the community to liven up a bit more, and figured that level editors would be cool (it would also be cool to play levels that I haven't constructed myself).
Right now, the two main games that this would apply to is Shotgun Ninja and Protoganda (which I already have a semi-finished boss editor for).
2. Level Editors (people who make levels)
Also, I have quite a few other games that haven't been released due to lack of content. I would love it if someone with some decent level designing skills would be interested in creating some levels for these games.
Space/Void - Platform puzzler. Hard to describe without a gameplay video.
Arms - Platformer with simple physics, where you can carry things around and throw stuff.
Precision - Platformer based around jumping with inertia. Jump height is based on running speed and you can't change direction while airborne.
Ultra Mission - Top down shooter centered around destructable environments, enemies and rescuing hostages.
If you're interested in making levels to be included in the games listed above, send me a pm. In return for making levels, I will take any suggestions you may have for the game into consideration, and give you credit for your work (of course).

Seems like a pretty cool idea. I haven't been posting much because you haven't been posting much, it seems.

Yeah, there's not too much to post about, unfortunately. I'm not exactly the king of communication. But I hope to release a game rather soon. Feels like it was a while since last time around.

Nice Idea! I'll definitely make some levels for Shotgun Ninja - I somehow got very addicted to that game. And hell, if there was a level editor for the mondo series... But I don't think this would make sense, Mondo are not arcade games. Hm... let me guess. OH YES! Illegal Communication!! I'd LOVE to make some courses for that ;D

Problem with Mondo and Illegal Communication is that the user would have to be able to contruct their own obstacles for it to be any fun... So, only level based games with premade content would be possible.

If you would build some possibility to define new obstacles, it would work. But something like this is VERY difficult because you must handle a whole lot of code and think of many ways the player could define specific values - e.g. damage, moving behavior, effects etc. So you're absolutely right, keep it for premade content only. (What about Fractal Fighter? )

Its cool dude. "Keep em' guessing", a wise, high man once told me. Can't wait for that Brain Dead game and the other project you are working on is released. A bit off topic this is, and for that I apologize. Anyway, level editors tend to work best with platformers to my knowledge.

Sounds interesting =o) I think its a big advantage for a game when people can Build levels/Puzzles and share them with the Community. But its also hard to Build an proper easy working Editor that everybody understands ) (When the game is a little bit more Complex)

Ha! One vote for "No". I not very intererested in making lvl's for games I don't create. I don't know why, maybe because it takes more time to get along with the mechanics and stuff.
