In case it wasn't clear, it's a transcription of the Boss's monologues in Mondo Agency. It reminds me of the language used to summon Cthulhu in the Lovecraft mythos.

That makes sense now. Actually, the Priest's monologues are always the same as well. It's only that the Boss has that characteristic final section, which voodoomaster's transcribed as "aibanaA! aiboig'gigana; ibza'ni--!" that is memorable.

I might be reading too far into this, but I think they might actually vary in length/cutoff point - see the Shooter Guy; his speech is the same as the Boss's only slightly extended. Alternatively, Mondo is such a vague language it can actually be translated that many ways, which would be even more mindbending.
Take the fourth submission's speech:
I don't know what a natives is.
Is a natives worth many money?
I can see a natives, but where is it really?
And by what is it made of?
If I build a machine, will the native destroy it?
We built a world, and a natives will destroy it!
Which might be
(native)(what?)(know)neg.
(native)(many, several)-(money)(worth...)[interrogative]
(native)(can see...), (however)(where?)(really?)[interrogative]

The phrasing of each monologue is pretty unambiguous as you yourself have demonstrated. It's only the content and vagueness of each speech that confuses. |

I'm aware it's human languages. I was just postulating, in-universe, what its mechanics are like.
And yes, my writings are nonsensical. I didn't realize that until I was finished, but decided they might be intriguing anyway.

Maybe it's just the fact that Cactus doesn't want to use a different sound clip for each and every of their speech partitions. The only moments their speech is different is when their tone of voice is different too.
