Playing Game Maker 6 games on Windows 7 and Vista

Several of cactus's games do not work under Windows 7 or Vista. This appears to be an issue with Game Maker 6, which in turn does not work with those operating systems. However, I did find here a program to convert Game Maker 6 games to a form that does work. I can verify myself that this works at least for Birthday and Decontrologic.
